Electrical in ICF (Insulating Concrete Form) Walls

An excellent example of technological advancement in the building industry.  ICF (Insulating Concrete Forms) blocks are lightweight and hollow in the center.  The blocks are stacked, reinforced with rebar and then concrete is poured.


The foam stays on as the insulation.  And the black webbing is designed to be used as a fastening strip for attaching siding and drywall.  It really is a slick system and you end up with a super insulated wall.

What a truly outstanding month in the appointment centre.  With 10,584 appointments booked in total during May, the number of appointments requested has increased 26.9% over last year.  Our total number of listings that were listed and sold during the week has also increased to 191.  Hamilton remains consistent with the same top 5 popular price ranges for the last several weeks, but last week saw the Burlington price ranges jump from mid-range, to lower, and to higher all within the same week.  Hamilton Centre dominates the most popular districts, with Hamilton East and Hamilton Mountain running close second and third.
