The
condition of your kitchen is something to consider when selling your home. It's
one room that can add much value if it's
updated.
A clean, de-cluttered kitchen will
attract buyers. Floors, baseboard and windows should be looked at. Are these dusty
or dirty? Sometimes a simple cleaning is all that is needed.
Painting is and inexpensive way to
brighten a kitchen, not just the walls but also the cabinets. Choose colours
that are bright as these will create a clean spacious room.
Countertops can be scratched and stained,
these are easy to clean or replace.
Changing the hardware on doors and
drawers can really update the look.
Remember, people will look in your
cabinets, so de-clutter and organize.
Finish it off with a beautiful bouquet of
flowers or a bowl of fruit and you've turned a kitchen from drab to fab!
